The Mighty New Year!

Well, it's new year's day. Based on the clocks at home I am 7 minutes off but what the heck. I'm always late anyway. It's been my resolution for the past 4 years but every year I improve! I'm now only 7 minutes late. Was 7 minutes late to church this morning and I'm 7 minutes late of New Year's day. It's sad though that after 4 years I've still not learnt how to be punctual.

I decided to have a quiet new years this year. I imagined someone coming over cooking pasta and watching tv till midnight but well I ended up at Sau Ken's house in Ampang. Gosh it was a 45 minute drive via the middle ring road but I got there alright. Watched the fireworks at another friend's apartment in Wangsa Maju and could see the fireworks all around KL. It was so not gempak. I meant the fireworks. I got up in the morn and went to church, hung out with Ying at Friendster cafe. She bought me lunch. Yum.
